Magic Men Sewer and Drain Cleaning

HOLY COW ... best plumbing service ever used. I was able to get a recommendation from a Contractor friend, to utilize Magic Men. A week ago I had Benjamin Franklin come take a look and they left me with a $400 plus bill, a clogged drain still, and recommendation that I needed to demo finished basement. One hour of Travis's time along with great feedback on how to maintain to reduce future issues. Price was much less. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

These guys were fantastic! I had a clogged sewer drain and my house sits way back from the street. They worked for three hours the first day and couldn’t find the clog. They came back the next morning with their big truck and worked another two hours and finally got the problem fixed, I would recommend this company to anyone who has any kind of sewer drain problems, very friendly and professional Marnie Kounkel

Needed my basement drain cleaned as we usually do every few years due to build up. They returned my voicemail message promptly and were able to schedule me in the next morning as I'd hoped. They arrived on time and got right to work. Made sure both the floor and washer drain were running clear. Charge matched the estimate at just under $100. Friendly guys, very pleased, will use again.

I called for help with the main drain for my house plugged at 1:30 yesterday (Wednesday, January 6th). I left a message with the nature of the problem, my name, and phone number when I reached a message that no one was available. I waited several hours and left another message at 4:30. It is now 9:30 the following day. There still has been no reply. This company was recommended to me and has good online reviews. It is a 24 hour service and the issue at my house is serious. I have just called another company who is sending a tech over in a few hours.

My second time in three months having to call on these guys to clean out the drain because of water coming up in the basement. It took a couple of days to hear back the second time around, but I heard from them nonetheless. They came ten minutes early to a 9:00a appointment the next day and they did just as good, if not better, as the first time in October. I talked to a few plumbers to see about getting a camera to inspect the state of the orangeburg that is always in the back of mind, and these guys put a camera through the first time and figured out exactly how much orangeburg pipe there is and where it is located. Because it is orangeburg they asked me how I felt about cleaning some of the tree roots out and I gave them ok. After clearing out some of those roots they put the camera through a second time just to verify everything looked ok. The other plumbers I spoke to charge more for just the camera pipe inspection than how much these guys charged to clear out the drain and thoroughly do a camera pipe inspection. I appreciate the work these men do, and appreciate all of the tips and tricks they share. With the quality, knowledge, and competitive prices I will keep these guys on my drain and sewer service speed dial. You should too!

We live in a mobile home and one night all our drains backed up the toilet was bubbling and backing up. we tried to figure it out but no luck. My wife called Magic Men Maintenance the next morning and they came the same day. Snaked the pipes and had the problem fixed, the next day we had issues, from the previous home owner installing the wrong elbow on our main drain pipe. Magic Men came back that same day too and were able to get the pipes done correctly. I will definitely call them with any future plumbing problems, their prices were very reasonable and the customer service was really good.

These guys saved the day!! I had a complete sewer main blockage that nobody wanted to touch. I called Magic Men and explained the problem (a different company had spent 12 hours trying to clear tree roots from my main line, resulting in a total blockage), and they were still willing to come try to do what no other company could or would. They came out the same day that I called, were even earlier than expected, and they had the equipment needed to clear the blocked main line in no time! Highly professional and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend their services.

Called to get a ballpark estimate for having our main sewer line cleared as we had all sorts of things backing up in to our bathtub. Instead of giving an estimate, Travis was able to be at our home within half an hour so that we could be back to business as usual. He spent about an hour clearing tree roots from the sewer line & followed up with a camera inspection so that we can plan for cleaning services in the future. He also worked with my husband to plan ways to improve the existing clean out area as it is not currently easily accessible to check for issues. I highly recommend Magic Men as Travis was fantastic to work with!
